"Would not recommend these clowns to my worst enemy, do yourself a favor and call every shop in Belleville and canton and see how many will work with state farm! So I got into and accident and had full coverage and these clowns send me to some bum agent out of Illinois, of course being state farm they want to pay the minimum on a mint condition vehicle! So these idiots say they wanna try to fix it when clearly the frame is completely bent.lmaooo They proceeded to send me a list of shops in the area that they work with. About 14 on the list total. So I call every single shop and they all say that they no longer work with state farm because they are too much of a hassle! So three shops out of the 14 said they'd take it but they'd basically be put on the backburner for two weeks before they could even get an estimate for repairs. And I asked why so long and they said because state farm does not want to pay out for proper repairs and they prioritize the other companies over state farm because that actually pay for the proper repairs.. Basically every call ended with them telling me to change my insurance asap and that their sorry to hear my insurancewas state farm.which I am going to do by the end of the week. We will absolutely be letting all our friends and family know about our experiences with these scumbags and make sure that we reccomend they change their company asap aswell and wont be sending anymore business their way again. "If the price is too good to be true, it probably is! They will only try to pay you out the minimum amount for your vehicle and not make sure you have something of equal value and then youll be spending 3k in the difference and dealing with their pos claim agent who arent even from the area. Its funny shops in Belleville dont even want to deal with them because they will not cover for proper repairs! Basically the 11 shops they gave me a list of only 2 would work on the vehicle and they basically told me I'd be put on the backbones because of state farms horrible payout reputation! Buyer beware. I hope you only use these clowns for plpd and not full coverage!"

"Scammers. 2/8/21 Im still waiting since November on a refund of premiums from selling a home last year, they supposedly sent it 3 times and blame postal service. and good luck being able to get a work in with the agent that WILL NOT stop talking and passing the blame on others. They also ""accidentally" cancelled my vehicle insurance (illegal mistake on their part) with no notification causing me to unknowingly drive illegally with no insurance."
